ferrograd C (Alopecia Areata)

ť I notice that a number of you take ferrograd C. My ferritin level is 26. I
ť was referred to this forum from the wonderful people on the TE forum. I
ť have horrible, horrible constipation issues and interstitial cystitis.
ť Both of those make supplements very difficult to tolerate. Can anyone tell
ť me if the ferrograd is constipating? Is it better than ferrochels or about
ť the same? I really need to get these numbers up. My Vit. D. is at rock
ť bottom (19.4) normal is 32-100. Can you help? Thank you.

Laura - are you in the USA? If so (and oyu decide to take Ferrograd C) please let me know where you pruchase as I'm having an impossible time getting it here in the states.
