Someone please read and help me!! (Anemia & Hair Loss)

Megan,
Thank you for your response. I have been trying to eat protein at every meal and I'm taking a ton of vitamins. Can you recommend any iron pill? I am leaning towards "energizing iron"? I think it's more of a liver pill? I'm afraid to go too high because my regular iron is toward the top of the range?

I am only thinking Yasmin is good cuz coming off it seems to be when the shed started? My ferritin was at 63 the first time I got it tested last year after I started noticing the shed for a while and now it's gone down to 27? I did give blood twice, so maybe that wasn't a good idea? I was anemic after the birth of my second son and never got my blood done to see if I wasn't anymore. Wouldn't the itchy head be a sign of low estrogen? I wonder if it's also a sign of low iron?
