Someone please read and help me!! (Anemia & Hair Loss)

Kim please remember that not everyone is the same you certainly don't need to get your iron above 100 to grow hair or for it to stop falling out. That's pretty high number. If you had good luck with your hair while you were on Yasmin and it didn't start falling out until you withdrew from it then it would seem to make the most sense to go back on it.

It certainly can't hurt to eat as healthy as possible and keeping everything in balance. I would get your ferritin to respectable numbers but there's no reason to go on iron overload. Give the yasmin 3 months to fully evaluate if it helps your situation.
