Someone please read and help me!! (Anemia & Hair Loss)

I think I am having the same problem (BCPs) and while I hate being on something that could be hurting my hair, I am not going off until I speak to a doctor about my best bet because going off cold turkey like that could cause a massive shed. I wouldn't go off until you see a good endo and get his/her opinion.

ť Kim please remember that not everyone is the same you certainly don't need
ť to get your iron above 100 to grow hair or for it to stop falling out.
ť That's pretty high number. If you had good luck with your hair while you
ť were on Yasmin and it didn't start falling out until you withdrew from it
ť then it would seem to make the most sense to go back on it.

ť It certainly can't hurt to eat as healthy as possible and keeping
ť everything in balance. I would get your ferritin to respectable numbers
ť but there's no reason to go on iron overload. Give the yasmin 3 months to
ť fully evaluate if it helps your situation.
