Someone please read and help me!! (Anemia & Hair Loss)

Hi Kim, Read through the posts to find a good iron pill. Yasmin may have stopped your hair loss, but it is only b/c it makes your body think it is pregnant with the increased estrogen. It doesn't tackle the real problem why you have hair loss and who knows how long yasmin will continue stopping your hair loss. If you decide to come off of it you will have the dread shed, so be prepared. You have low iron and that is the reason your hair is falling out. You may also be low on zinc and protein. I can't stress enough how important it is to eat protein at every meal.

Itchiness is a sign of low iron, not low estrogen. Itchiness of the scalp also means that you have hair loss.
