Someone please read and help me!! (Anemia & Hair Loss)

It did seem to make sense to me that going back on the Yasmin would be the answer, but why am I doubting it now that I finally got a doctor to agree? Now, I'm afraid it's my iron, but I don't think it was this low when I first noticed the loss? Maybe it is just exasperating the loss? I'm so confused. I don't want to take hormones if they aren't necessary, but it does seem that I have low estrogen symptoms? I also have depression pretty bad and am off all my meds cuz I'm afraid of hair loss and I've read Yasmin can make depression worse? I hate meds and side effects. I just don't know what to do. Ugh.
