Someone please read and help me!! (Anemia & Hair Loss)

Megan,

Thank you for your suggestions. That is what I'm afraid of with the Yasmin, that it will just cover up the real cause and I will have to deal with this all over again once I hit menopause and have to come off the pill. I was so glad when hubby got a vasectomy and I was able to come off of the pill because I don't like the side effects, but I don't like the hair loss, either!!

I have been eating alot of pumpkin seeds cuz I read they had alot of zinc in them? I have been taking a special hair and skin vitamin and a mult-vitamin and b-complex when I remember, but nothing seems to be helping. I did realize that since I moved, I'm not eating nearly as much red meat as I used to cuz it's too expensive to get any of good quality. I wonder if that could have affected my iron this much?

I just don't know what I'm going to do. I want to buy a good iron pill, but I'm so poor right now and my son's birthday is right around the corner, so I'm stressing about affording it and feel selfish when I spend money on myself. What I need is a way to stop the damn stress in my life!
