how much B6 and how much folic acid. When you said shot? are you getting a B-12 shot or some other type of B shot? My doctor after seeing low blood levels has also requested I get my folate levels checked. I just received my first B12 shot and am taking B complex. By the way, I read that B-12 helps in losing weight, and it is making me less hungry, lost two pounds. Not much concilation for losing my hair. anyway sorry to digress. how much B6 and folic acid do you take. thanks
