Someone please read and help me!! (Anemia & Hair Loss)

I had steak last night for supper and bought a couple of packages of baby whole clams. I read they have a lot of iron? I also took an iron supplement that I had bought a while back, so hopefully that will help things out a bit.

If you don't mind me asking, what form of hair loss do you have and what do you take for it?
