Can someone explain what it smells like? (Hair & Scalp Odor Problem)

Im trying to figure out if this is some sort of fungi problem or just me having oily hair. The shampoo im using at the moment is just a cheap $2 shampoo for 'normal' hair. Could you suggest a shampoo that could be better for me?
