apple cider vinegar (Scalp Inflammation, Irritations & Dermatitis)

I've been having alot of trouble with itchy scalp with no flakes. I wanted to tell everyone that I read about acv on another forum and decided to try it last night and it did seem to help a bit, so I figured I'd share. First you shampoo your hair and then rinse slowly with a mixture of 1/2 cup acv and 4 cups of warm water. Wrap hair in towel for 20 minutes and then rinse with plain warm water. It didn't completely take away the itch, but it did provide some relief. Hope this helps someone.
