Info from Monell Chemical Senses Centre (Hair & Scalp Odor Problem)
» In your case didn't the antibiotic kill the odor for a bit? This makes me

» At any rate, it is good for us to stay in touch and keep one another

Does that mean the smell came back, Nax? The article on TMAU (What's That Smell?) says that antibiotics helps for a while, but it's not a permanent solution. Have you tracked if you eat fish or beans that your smell changes? I noticed that eating fish makes me smell worse, but that didn't happen until the NuvaRing, which also is mentioned in the article (using birth control). I suspect that I am a carrier. Maybe we all are. My doctor's appointment is tomorrow, so maybe my GYN has something to add to women who have trouble with hormonal contraception, although in your case, maybe it's some fluctuation with one of your hormones, like testosterone or adrenal glands.
