First off, you have to decide whether you want FUE or STRIP. The two techniques are very different. The results are different, and so are prices.

Dr. Bernstein is a good strip doctor. But if you want an experienced FUE doctor in the east coast, you may have to try Dr. Jones in Toronto. He is not in the US but I can't think of any doctor on the east coast who offers FUE on a routine basis to his patients.
