Kathy...how is your shedding? (Spironolactone, Aldactone)

I read your post. I've been on spiro for about a year and just weaned off a month or so ago. All was well with me and last couple of weeks I've had a big increase in shedding. Wondering if I quit too soon. How is yours doing? And how did you step it down? Thanks!
