hair loss never again??? (Anemia & Hair Loss)
Hello ladies,
I had a terrible period of TE very summer the last 6 years. I am 29.
Last year was the hair loss less severe and lasted 3 months instead of 4, because my ferritine level was getting higher I think. Now I have a ferritine level of 100 and I lose only 10 hairs a day since november. Besides the iron I take a lot of vitamins and I try to live healthy. My greatest fear is that the hair loss is going to start again. But I think it must be normal to loose more hairs then 10 a day ? Is it normal to have a shed again ? But for a few weeks ?
What is your experience ? Does it occur again once you have treated it ? and how much, how long ?
