My update (Birth Control Pills & Hair Loss)
Hello to all - I haven't posted in months and I hope all are well and coping with this nightmare.
My hair loss definately began as a TE. From Yasmin, I believe, throw in stress too. I shed about 1 1/2 - 2 years. I stopped shedding this past Dec. All in all, I lost about 50% of my hair. Loss was diffuse, but in the last few months, my crown and front hairline were really destroyed.
I have not experienced any regrowth though, and I am currently 11 weeks pregnant.I guess the next few months would be an optimum time to grow hair, however time will tell. Of course I am so worried about a postpartum shed.
It is wonderful to not shed like a dog, however, a little regrowth would send me to the moon!
I will pop in from time to time and leave updates.I hope everyone is doing better!!!!
