Are you saying that if you are in menopause your estradiol needs to be above 90? I'm 46, experiencing some peri symptoms but still get my period around every 28 days. The difference is that they are extremely heavy now. Never like that before, probably one of the changes due to peri. Anyway, my estradiol was 50 when I had it tested. My gyn didn't think it was a problem but in the back of my mind I wonder if it's too low. What do you think? Nomoresheds thinks I should try progesterone, which I'm still considering, but I think they only prescribe that if you don't have any more periods. Thanks for any info!!!
