Message to Lily... (Wigs)

Yes, it is an integration piece, but I don't pull that much of my bio hair through, just enough to cover the mesh where the "part" area is. There are 4 clips--when I'm around the house I will undo one or two, just to lessen any tension, but I haven't had any pain or evident traction alopecia yet. Even with not a lot of hair, there is a visual difference. I got a lot of comments when I first started wearing it--I simply told the truth, that I was going to a new hairdresser who did a much better job with the cut and color. Didn't elaborate further. People seem to be used to it by now. I do wear it daily and I hate taking it off at night and going back to my crappy bio hair. Maybe one of these days I'll think about bonding and wear it 24/7.

» Hi Lily, I have gotten a clip on topper piece but havent had the courage
» to wear it yet. It's an integration type one (though i asked for fewer
» holes to pull my natural hair through as i didnt want to spend so long on
» it). Tommorow i am going to the place that made this piece for me, and to
» meet other south asian females who wanted to meet someone of the same
» ethnicity with the same problem! I'm hoping it will give me the
» encouragement to start wearing the topper. I got it made bespoke and not
» too "heavy" with hair as i want it to look as natural as possible.

» How is it going for you? Is your topper an integration clip on one (as in
» do you pull it all through yourself through many or fewer holes?), or more
» of a "cap" one where you dont pull any of your hair through? How is it
» taking it off? Also, if you dont mind, do you wear it daily? Thanks for all
» your help! :)

Lily is located in [NA] and he is available to meet: NO
