Celexa and iron-deficiency (Anti-depressants & Hair Loss)
I've been on Celexa since January, and I started losing my hair a few weeks ago. My doctor and psychiatrist said that hair loss is not really associated with Celexa, and then tested me for iron deficiency and said it was severe.
So basically I don't know WHICH thing my hair loss is due to! I loved Celexa before this side effect so I hate to go off.
Has anyone switched from Celexa to another anti-depressant and had good results? and has anyone had iron deficiency AND hair loss while on anti-depressants?
