Hope fading...Hairsite? (Rogaine, Minoxidil)

Hey ladies.

My Regaine 5% update. Started using it in August 07, so it's been 9.5 months, and i've just purchased another 3 bottles of the thing. Reason for purchase is that i thought i'd give it the 12 month MAX timeline, in the hope that something miraculous might occur in the last 3 months and also that i can say "been there done that". Mind you, i did 11 or so months on the 2%, and F all happened.

To be honest, my hair is so frikin thin now that only cosmetic solutions can give it any boost. A met a friend today that i've known for 13 years, and I made her feel my hair where the extensions were not attached, and she agreed it's gotten thinner since we last met in February 2008.

Just goes to prove that it isnt my imagination and that the thinning is getting progressively worse month on month :(

I hope other Regaine users are having better luck than I!

Hairsite, i'd be grateful if you could feedback reasons for why Regaine works for some and not others?
