fluctuating ferritin and thyroid (Thyroid Conditions & Hair Loss)

posted by HairSite Admin, 20.05.2008, 13:18

1.If the bleeding is too much from the upper gut, you will have black stools

2. If the bleeding is too much from the lower gut, you will have frank bleeding per rectum

3. If the bleeding is mild, it is not visible to naked eye. Hemoccult test will be helpful. If bleeding is mild and intermittent, hemoccult test may miss it.

» Thanks for the info Hairsite. Wouldn't I know if I had loss of blood in the
» gut? And, what are the causes of same? That's a very disturbing thought.
» Gosh, this is so upsetting. The hairloss was enough, but now the dropping
» ferritin. Sigh. Thanks for your input. I appreciate all your info.
