Who told you that you have menopausal hl? If that's the case, then it could be that your estrogen is low and this is causing your hl. Have you had these tests done yet?

DHEAS
FSH (follicle stimulating hormone)
estradiol
Testosterone Free
TSH (thyroid)
LH (leutinizing hormone)

I'm sure you have but if it's truly menoapusal hl, then I would suspect low estrogen and therefore, don't kill me, but bcp might help.
