ferrochels (Telogen Effluvium)

Hi Izzy..........where do you get the ferograds? I really need to bring up my ferritin and even the ferrochels have a constipating effect on me. I read somewhere that dessicated liver is good for iron, but you have to take a lot of it. ferograds are hard to find online. Do you get them in a health food store?
