Hairsite....thanks for the input. Unfortunately, when I say constipation, I mean AWFUL constipation. I have IBS-Constipation and every morning I take 2 heaping tablespoons of Benefiber, 10 oz. of prune juice with pulp, a huge handful of blueberries, 600mg of mag. citrate, lots of water and coffee. Even with all that, I'm lucky if I go to the BR. So you can see why iron supplementation is a terrifying prospect to me. But, my hairloss is such that I need to do something. It's like choosing between a devil and a witch. Sigh.
