I noted on another forum you are having regrowth, thankfully :)

I wanted to ask, since we are both using a similar regime of minox and boots spray, how much dosage of spiro are you using? What side effects have you had, if any?

I've just got off the fone to Dr Fenton and he has suggested making a preparation of 6% minox with Meltonin (?) and also possibly starting spiro as i refused to think of any other BCP (he said Yasmin or Marvelon).

My hair is just thinning, and thinning and i am really in the realms of depression.

Grateful for your advice on this xox
