Julie 1977? (Spironolactone, Aldactone)

Hiya
I've had a few side effects, the one that is persisting is irregular periods and breakthrough bleeding. I'm having a period every two weeks which isn't much fun. When I first started my breasts swelled up a cup size, I think they are still a cup size bigger, which is fine by me. The other one was weight LOSS, I lost about half a stone in weight! Oh and finally I initially had a craving for salt but that wore off pretty quickly.
I didn't have a shed from the spiro.
I was diagnosed twice as having AGA, once by an NHS derm and then by a private trichologist. I've not had a biopsy.
What is your regime for your hairloss?
