and may I add that it has to be in balance for that particular individual only. What might be an acceptable level of estrogen to one person may not be appropriate for another. This probably explains why some people see results from spiro and finasteride etc while others see no signs of regrowth at all.

Age is also a factor as our hormonal balance tends to re-adjust as we grow older. So what works for a 20 year old may not necessarily work for a 50 year old.
