Need Help Reading Lab Results (Thyroid Conditions & Hair Loss)

Hi Folks -
My Endo doesn't believe a thyroid issue can affect hairloss, so I'm real skeptical on if she knows what she's talking about at all.
Been losing hair since my first son was born 15 years ago - been to a million doctors, you guys know the story.
Anyway - she says I am "borderline hypo," but not to the extent I need medication. I was on Armour years ago, but gradually just stopped taking it.
Interestingly enough, I am having a nodule on my thyroid byopsied on Friday, as it's gotten bigger over the past five years. NOT a fun procedure!
PLEASE - for anyone out there who knows about the levels - I would REALLY appreciate some feedback.
Here they are:

T-3 - Value 0.85
TSH - Value 1.24
Free T-4 - Value 0.67
