Hi Steph,

My hair loss pattern is identical to yours...diffuse thinning, worse on one side, scalp clearly visible at widow's peak ... now even without a bright light :-(

You certainly got your ferritin levels up. I think you might be slightly hypo. My TSH has been between 2.5-3.0. My endo is trying to get me down to the 1.5 level.

Have you checked your free T3 and T4? I wouldn't be surprised if your T3 was low and that's the thyroid hormone that helps hair grow. Do a little googling on T3.

Your B12 seems like it's much higher than the range. Did your docs say anything about that?
