Will starting off with low dose prevent shed? (Spironolactone, Aldactone)
Hello,
I've been reading through the forums, and it seems that quite a few women who jumped straight to a 200mg dose of Spiro reported horrible shedding. I was wondering, would it help the shedding issue if you kind of eased into Spiro, like start with a low 25mg dose and slowly work your way up to the much touted 200mg dosage? Anyone with any experience?
