Desiccated Adrenals? (Telogen Effluvium)

So i ended up speaking with the medical intuitive that sara spoke about (took me 4 months to get a call) - she said that the accutane triggered my hair loss but because I'm a "bundle of nerves" and "stress case", my adrenals being taxed was and still is the reason whymy hair is falling out (12 months later). She recommended taking desiccated adrenals. Anyone heard of this? I had high cortisol levels a few months ago and they are still at their upper range - and my TSH is boarderline hyper. i just want to ensure the desiccated adrenals actually won't compromise my high cortisol levels.
