Except....the high vitamin B12 levels (which I have as well for the same reasons you do) deplete the body of many minerals that are used to synthesize the B12! Everything has a cause-and-effect; so, although I don't remember which minerals are depleted, my naturopath told me but I think she said copper, magnesium, selenium....oh something like that :-P !
