Hi surfbunny...her hair improvement looks pretty darned fantastic and I read the study Hairsite Admin posted so it seems like it's pretty valid! Certainly can't hurt 
! But I posted to the gal, "space cadet" her username is, to ask her how on earth she eeked the juice out of the onion because I tried to do it tonight and it's freakin' hard. I put the half-onion in the cuisinart and the juice is so darned minimal it wouldn't possibly go into a broth to pour over my whole head!!! You may want to keep checking her blog to see if she has continued to have success and if she answered my query as to how she actually implemented this regime. Take care....FG
