When i started thinning in 2003, this was one of the first things i was recommended (seems to be one of the south asian remedy to hair loss), but i didnt do it. Lemon juice for acne is another one.
Judging from the study, it looks like a definite try. Someone i know with Alopecia Areata used it and recommended it to me. I think it helped him!
