I will say that when I drink less water my skin looks worse. However, my skin is not any worse since spiro, yet. Ive had the skin issues for a few years anyway and I dont think the menopause has helped it either:o))) Im not going to blame it on spiro though. All I can say is drink more water and see how it goes. I dont want more wrinkles but I do want my hair so I dont feel like I have any other choice at this point. Also Nice, I dont think you can go on and off the meds and get success as you know from reading it takes time to see you hair grow back even after it stops falling out.
