i've decided to go on a pill. you only take it 10 days and then you get your periode. it has no estrogen in it.

but if i quit spiro now, thats no good.
i use to take spiro 3 weeks and then quit 1 week and get my periode. but i never get my periode the week i quit spiro. it was in those 3 weeks.
a few weeks ago i quit spiro for a week, well all pills for a week and nothing happened. i guess now pause should be longer.

what do i need now? pill with estrogen or to get my periode? can no estrogen pill be helpfull if i get my periode,....:-|
