Me,No hair and very sad (PCOS & Hair Loss)
Hi Ladies,
Well I am at my very last resort right now searching for answers. I have had PCOS since 2006, and I am 27. I have naturally curly blonde hair and I mean the spiral curls in multi layers or well I did have that. Over the past two years my hair as gone down to being straight at times with no curl as well as very thin and there is only one thin layer of hair that hangs on my head. I used to have thick curls and seemed to have 2 or 3 layers to my hair. No More.
I am losing my hair at the hair line where my bangs are and along the top of my head where my part is. Its pretty bad right now.
I am on 1500mg of Metformin each day,and B12 vitamins every morning. I am not on spyro because I don't want the side effects because I do not really want to go back on the bcp because of bad side effects. I feel much healthier now since I have been off it for the past 5 months.
I just want to find some sort of shampoo that can help me in some way. I have read review after review and they either dry your hair out and make it brittle, or if you stop using it your hair falls back out, or some other horribe thing. I need something that is good for curly hair and maybe I can grow my hair back as well as get my curls back.
Any suggestions?
