Scalp pimples! (Scalp Inflammation, Irritations & Dermatitis)
Anyone here with the scalp full of pimples? I have had them since I quit bc's the 1st time around back in mid 90's.
They kind of come and go, but it seems like I always have at least a couple at all times. Sometimes up to over 10.
They are like big bumps some of them, very painful to the touch and seems to be associated with hairloss. Pimples = hairloss, or extra hairloss.
Some of them seems to be very deep, like big bumps, like I hit my head hard in concrete. They never erupt. Some are little smaller and some acts like face pimples, you can pop them. They are mainly where my part is, which is getting wider. But also on the sides or anywhere else there is scalp.
Is this a sign of dht activity? Aga? My scalp is also red right now, only on the top, where I seem to be loosing the most hairs.
What do you do to get rid of pimples? I have a derm. appointment in a few weeks, I will ask for antibiotics. They always seem to clear them up, for a while that is. Perhaps I go on a long time regimen of tetracyklins.
