TE recovery?? (Telogen Effluvium)

Ugh! I have a tingly feeling (not itchy really) off and on.

I try to tell myself it regrowth. I'm really dreading the thought of continuing thinning -- it's not going to be remotely attractive with my pointy head!

But, really, I think (hope) it's associated with stress for me. Seems to signal another increase in the shedding, but it's so hard to know since there's a delay between the trigger and when the shedding starts.
