finasteride cause scalp pimples? (Propecia, Finasteride for Women)

For those of you are on finasteride, Have you experienced serious scalp pimples problems?

I just started finasteride treatment two months ago, immeidately after i started the treatment, i have pimple all over my head, especially in the lower part back of my head (the back of the neck) . does it goes away later after my body gets used to the drugs? or how do you deal with the situation??
