finasteride cause scalp pimples? (Propecia, Finasteride for Women)

I just started it YESTERDAY... YIKES! But is your hair growing yet? AFter 3 months or so, it should be in your system now, and maybe your hair will start sprouting soon??? Keep me posted! I'll let you know if I get any pimples. Are they visible to others? Have you had any other side effects? How do you feel so far?
