thanks so much for that info catou, thats really helpful because i keep hearing such negative feedback about ocs. Can I just ask, if you know, would i take it as i would with dianette i.e. 10 days of the cycle from day 5 ? I've heard it can mess up your cycle, so if it did, when would i know when 10 in was as the cycle differs i.e. 26-30 days for example. Also do you think i should introduce it to the body slowly i.e. half a pill of 50mg initiall and then increase it
