Help with test results plse (Thyroid Conditions & Hair Loss)

Hello I wonder if any one can help interpret these result please.
Bit of back ground, I am 54 year old, had a surgical menopause 14
years ago. On HRT ever since (implant
then patch five years ago started having hairloss bad, was put on
trial thyroxine based on symptoms
blood test result before starting T4 were TSH 1.54, FT4 15.30 no FT3
done.
On an incremental dose of T4 the T4/T3 the tried armour to 2.5
grains. Hair loss no better, but then eyebrows
and lashed started to fall, always had painful joints etc. before
and after medication. no over weight but have put
on 7lbs in the last 10 months. Then I was told I had adrenal
insufficiency so for the last year have been taking
Adrenal Glandula's. below are my last saliva test.

2.2 1.0 - 4.0 2.4
Comments. Ostradiol/progesterone require interpretation with
knowledge of patients clinical situation.
Testosterone in female range
Cortisol midnight value above range - ? significant
DHEA's all values are either borderline or below ref range indicating
poor/compromised hormone output.

Thyroid bloods result in July while taking 100t4 +1/2 Armour
FT3 4.1
FT4 17.4
TSH 0.2
Comments THS below ref/ range.
Over thelast 8 weeks my hairloss has doubled, why?can any one help
me please. I have negative antibodies.
I am unsure of my next move, is my oesterone/progesterone/testosterone
in the right ratio?
