Hello, I hope I answer all your questions, if not, ask again, I really don’t mind answering. The hormone that tested high for me, was….(sorry in Spanish, as I live over here, although I am English) Delta 4 Andro Basal. I am taking 2 pills on the first 10 days of my period, 50 mg each one. My hair loss was all over my scalp, even on the nape on my neck; I was losing say……70-100 hairs a day and almost immediately noticed the difference once taking Androcur, maybe one month later. I now lose 10-20 hairs a day, bad days 30. To me my hair has thinned a lot over these two years, but nobody else seems to notice, I really think that is because nobody really looks as close as we tend to think. My gynaecologist gave me the prescription. Also I wanted to comment that I have been taking antidepressants for 6 months now, because my hair loss took me to the point where I had to take them, either that or stay a home all day and cry, I have not seen any affect with the antidepressants and hair loss at all.
