Cherries! (Hair & Scalp Odor Problem)
Wow, I would be pleased too if someone said my hair smelled like cherries!
Let us know what the derm says. I've been to one also and she prescribed an sls shampoo (Loprox) that did no good past 6 hours. Then she shrugged her shoulders and said literally she didn't know what else to do for me. My family doctor combined the loprox with topical antibiotic ointment. The Jason Dandruff is the answer for me. And avoiding sls, etc. But I'm glad you find you are smelling better longer!
That is interesting you do not have sensitive skin. Is it possible you just contracted a fungal problem (and that can lead to bacterial problems also)? Updates, updates!
PS: For what it is worth I have stopped coloring my hair...I don't know if you do or not but could it also be aggravated by haircolor?
