Betsy-- thanks for the carageenan tip! No more cheap ice cream for me! And I need to cut down on it to avoid cholesterol anyway. And I'm also taking flax seed oil in the capsule form (1000mg). My herb man said it would lower my LDL and guess what..... it did as last check up indicated. I'm afraid to use cod liver oil as I fear I may have tmau (or just paranoid yet again). Just don't want to smell like a mermaid. Really should go get tested for it, but if I come in asking for one more test, my doctor might get nasty toward me. I'm glad you're taking probiotics. It is the "glabridin" in the licorice that is said to help regulate sebum production. It's worked like magic for me. Last night I had to put a little oil on my scalp to lubricate it a bit.

Listen.... I'm suppose to go to a 'visitation' and funeral of a dear church friend of mine tomorrow and Thursday. I'm so concerned (afraid really) that I will get anxious or excited and 'warm up' and start to sweat and produce odor while I'm there!
