HORRIBLE scalp pain burn itch (Scalp Pain, Tight Scalp)

I am having horrible scalp pain and hair loss all blood work normal. I have changed my diet, my shampoo to complete organic, no hair products at all, cut out sugars etc im 37female

Anyone else having scalp burn and pinch and prick all over head? I feel like honestly I cant take much more I have been all over for answers to find none - scalp appears pink at times of flare up, flares can last 1 day to 3 weeks, then remit for a day or week then return. I have lost about 30% of entire scalp hair diffusly email me if you have this saksthriftave@sbcglobal.net title it scalp pain or it will go in my junk folder
