Very Low calorie Diet / hair loss (Diet & Hair Loss)

how low calorie are we talking?
the best site i ever found for counting calories in the healthy way (stay within 1800-2000 a day) is www.fitday.com. you basically put in everything you eat everyday and it calculates your calorie intake for you. After about a week i was able to figure out what was the right amount for me to be eating everyday. I had a nutritionist tell me what the proper caloric intake was for my height and weight in order to lose weight in a healthy way and just used that website (which she referred me to). Definitely go with the vitamins, and red meat. Also try some green tea extract and grape seed extract, i've been having good luck with them. Although who knows if it's those or other factors, but it can't hurt.
