Thanks for all of those suggestions. I can't see a doctor about my inflamed scalp due to no insurance at the present time (I graduate school in a little over a month, thankfully!) but I have been/am going through the TE process. My shedding has slowed way down, and my scalp is a lot less itchy than it was, but it still gets a little bit itchy sometimes during the day, and it still lookish pinkish and is kind of hot sometimes. I have switched from washing every day to every other, and I now use an all-natural shampoo because I think I was having a reaction to my other one during the TE. Still, I have the inflamed scalp problem. I'm worried that it is a bad sign of something, but for now, since symptoms have been reduced, I'll continue to do what I'm doing and I'll try washing with cool water like you said. Thanks again!
