anti-inflammatory, and question to nomoresheds (Scalp Pain, Tight Scalp)

What shampoo do you use? And can anti-flammatories, themselves, cause hair loss at all? Like as a side effect? Or do they only help the situation? Ever since this TE I am leery of any meds I use. My shedding has stopped though (for now!), now I am just trying to clear up the inflammation and try to see more re-growth...
